Agile coach-developer and culture hacker
A programmer for over 30 years, he co-founded Montana Code School and continues to help teach there, especially with Mob Programming. He is co-author of The OpenSpace Agility Handbook, and co-authored software patent 6108698. For many years, he has cultivated culture change through social technologies including The Core Protocols, Open Space Technology, Co-Active Coaching, and applying agile approaches to non-technical issues for clients like SAP, Intuit, Capital One, MIT's Medicine Hackathons, the University of Montana, Oregon State University, the Agile Coaching Institute, and more. He sits on board of the Open Space Institute and is founder & Executive Director of Montana Agile Culture House which facilitates culture change towards agility in the state of Montana.

My primary tools are Authentic Relating and Circling, although I'm not above throwing some acroyoga or dance into the mix. I teach emotional and social intelligence to communities across the world.

After more than 20 years in Marketing and Creative, Adam Charlton leads global design teams at Vistaprint, and contributes to the enterprise agile transformation as an Agile Champion.
With a strong focus on building relationships and optimising feedback loops, Adam experiments and innovates in cross-functional ideation and design. Inspired by Woody Zuill’s “Mob Programming” at Agile Games 2016, Adam pioneered “Mob Design”, (presented at Agile 2016 Atlanta by David Grabel).
Jody’s executive coaching, organization development, and leadership expertise equips leaders and teams to build people, partnerships, and performance in every interaction every day. Jody has a Master’s of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, majored in East Asian Studies at Yale, and is a project management professional (PMP). As a technologist, Jody worked with agile teams to design and deliver a platform that lets healthcare professionals address the social determinants of health as a standard part of clinical care. Jody has facilitated leadership development with executives and teams in tech companies large and small, fortune 500 companies, and nonprofits, in the United States and China. Jody is a great skier and expects to be an even better dad.
Co-founder of Matrix Leadership
Amina co-founded Matrix Leadership in 1990 and is currently the Director and a Lead Trainer, Facilitator, Consultant and Coach. She has been facilitating groups and trainings in cities throughout the U.S. and Europe for 30 years. Her formal background includes training from the National Training Laboratories for the Behavioral Sciences, as well as an M.S. in counseling and teaching psychology at the University of Missouri. For four years she was the director of the Groups and Outreach Programs in Interpersonal and Group Communication at the University of Missouri Counseling Center. She was a trainer for the Hakomi Institute for Body-Centered Psychotherapy for 12 years. She was also a co-owner and practitioner at Wellspring, Partners in Health (a holistic community medical clinic) for 15 years.

With more than two decades of expertise in diverse technical and business environments, Jon has led teams, managers and executives through demanding change across technical and non-technical domains. He has demonstrated experience successfully integrating multiple Agile methodologies across entire organizations, increasing focus to deliver on business objectives.
Passionate about education and teaching, Jon has lectured at MIT and other universities as well as served on curriculum advisory boards. He is currently the Lead Advisor and a Mentor for Real Industry, a not-for-profit organization that gives undergraduate and graduate students access to guest lectures, personal mentorship, and portfolio reviews to fully prepare students for roles in industry.

Damon is the founder of Nexxle, an Ad-hoc Priority Management System for Everyone. He is an entrepreneur and software industry veteran that deeply understands how to create an environment of technology and market innovation that leads to business success. Prior to Nexxle, he was Chief Agilist at Eliassen, where he built the Agile delivery organization from the ground up. At Eliassen he provided executive level coaching to diverse organizations including Fidelity, Capital One, and Oanda. Damon was also the founder, CTO, and initial CEO of AccuRev, a leading Software Configuration Management company acquired by Micro Focus. At AccuRev, he created multiple award-winning products including AccuRev, AccuWork, and AccuWorkflow.

Gillian is a an Agile enthusiast with a passion for teamwork. She has worked with scrum teams developing software for retail, currency exchange and earth sciences. Gillian now works on the delivery team at Rangle.io. She is an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching with a background in engineering from MIT.
Gillian is a co-organizer of the AgileTO Meetup and lead facilitator for bi-monthly interactive breakout group activities such as Lean Coffee, Lego Shared Visioning, Decider Protocol and Resolution Protocol the Agile Work Game and Retrospectives.
